You are probably familiar with the Marsh "white" grapefruit sold at your favorite market, but the "Ruby" variety is a whole other delicious treat in the grapefruit family. Section them up into refreshing summer salads or just enjoy them just as they are. Packed with flavor and tons of Vitamin 'C', these "rubies" will be the "gem" in your summertime kitchen. The Marsh-Ruby Grapefruit has yellow to pale red skin, with a more subtle "blush" of color than Ruby Red Grapefruit. It is less acidic than the white Marsh and is considerably sweeter.
